The cup size is too small so try a larger one.

The under band is too big. Try a smaller size.

The cup is too small. The wire should lie flat on your breast bone. Try a bigger cup sixe.

You are wearing the wrong size you need a bigger cup size if you still find it uncomfortable try firm support soft cup bras by Bestform , Naturana and Triumph.

It means that the under band size is too big so your shoulders are taking the weight.

Try a stretch lace bra which will mould the breast or look for a bra with removable.
